Are you a talented Architect or Part 2 Assistant looking for a new role near Dunstable?
A brand new client of Whitespace are wanting to add an Architect to their growing team. This small, friendly, chartered practice are made up of a team of 10 specialising in sustainable design across social housing, residential regenerations, education, community, and one off housing projects. Located in a quiet rural setting in bright, modern, creative offices they support collaborative working between colleagues. They firmly believe that projects benefit from clarity in design and communication for their clients who are living and working within the designed space.
Their work is located across London and the home countries and access to a car is essential. They will consider a Part 2, a recent Architectural graduate or a Senior Architect that displays passion for Architecture & Design, enthusiasm, great people skills, personality and a strong work ethic. Ideally you will be
ARB registered with experience across all RIBA work stages, or a recent graduate.
Strong detailing and design skills
Excellent visualisation skills and an eye for presentation
Experience of UK regulatory framework including building regulations and CDM
Proficiency in Vectorworks and BIM (Training will be given for the right person)
Driving license and access to a vehicle
