​Are you an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist looking for a new role in Kent?

Based in Ashford within a beautiful rural setting, this practice focus on high end one off residential projects including new builds, renovations and extensions. The focus is very much on quality of work and projects are managed through each stage by the firm. They will consider a talented junior through to an intermediate with 5 years + experience. Personality, creativity, people skills and work ethic are very important to the owner.

I have worked with this practice for 7 years and placed a Technician and Part 2 with excellent feedback. One candidate has recently been promoted to associate level. They are dedicated to providing every client with a personal service to ensure that every project is delivered to its full and deserved potential regardless of it size or scale. Their ethos is to maintain an innovative and fresh approach to all projects at every stage in the process, with a two-teams, each specialising in either planning or technical stages. This allows each project to be run by skilled professionals.

About you

·       Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience

·       Use of AutoCAD

·       Technical building construction knowledge essential and to be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

·       Up to date with UK building regulations
