Ian commenced his recruitment career in 1997 after completing his degree and has recruited within the architecture and design sector ever since. He has successfully recruited architectural and design staff at all levels for clients throughout the UK and also in the USA. He thrives on building loyal relationships with candidates and clients alike as this is the key to successful recruitment. Ian is hugely passionate about the UK architecture and design sector which enables him to fully understand the needs of both the client and candidate.

Outside of recruitment Ian loves spending time with his wife and young daughter Ariana, visiting quality public houses, sport and Southampton FC.

Ian's three dislikes:

Bad drivers, messy people & the blue half of Hampshire (sorry Portsmouth fans).
