Paul has 10 years’ experience in the architectural recruitment market across Sussex, Kent and London. He has an extensive local knowledge of the area and has worked with some key practices over the years and has built up an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates securing repeat business regularly. On many occasions he has placed people at multiple stages of their career journey from Part 2 through to Architect and Senior roles proving he has built up a long-standing trust from professionals over the years.
One of Paul’s key strengths is gleaning a full understanding of a candidate’s skillset, experience, situation, personality, culture fit and then matching them to the perfect practice. He is also highly invested in coaching people and offering guidance throughout the process.
Outside of work Paul is daddy to his two rescue spaniels Alfred and Lia. He enjoys 80s music, vinyls, travelling, yoga, meeting friends and time with his family in Ireland.
