Are you an experienced Talented Assistant looking for a new role in Sussex?
One of my best clients are keen to add a talented Assistant to their Sussex team. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of residential and Urban design projects varying in size and complexity. This is a permanent role starting asap.
RIBA Chartered Architectural design practice have two offices based in the UK, offering high quality, bespoke products for almost 20 years. I have worked with this practice for 6 years and it is genuinely a great place to work. Small, friendly, laid back team dedicated to working together to create be spoke high end designs. This would suit a Part 1 / Part 2 with some experience within a practice wanting to take the next step in their Architectural career. You will be gaining, working hands on experience and exposure to all stages of projects.
About you
Have completed your Masters in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Have 1+ year UK practice experience working on small to medium sized projects.
Experience within the residential sector.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
A working knowledge of Revit is essential for this role.
Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A portfolio demonstrating your design abilities and technical skills.
