White Space is urgently seeking an Architect (Revit) with exceptional technical and delivery knowledge to join an elite residential design firm. Initially on an ongoing contract basis, this has very strong potential to lead to a permanent role or a long-term contract.

This medium sized studio is one of the market leaders in their field - residential design and delivery, winning a host of awards over the past 20 years for their built projects. They work in Revit and AutoCAD, are based in a lovely studio in central London and have a low staff turnover - they have a reputation for looking after their staff. Sustained success has led to the need to add an experienced Architect to their busy practice.

The Architect will be working on the latter stages of a large UK residential scheme in Revit. Being hands on with working drawings and production information yourself, whilst ensuring that the construction drawings' technical quality and standards are being met by the rest of the team on the project. The role will start as an ongoing contract position with strong potential to lead to a long-term role - either on contract or a permanent role.

To be considered for this Architect role, you must be fluent in Revit (with practical experience), have an in-depth knowledge of the delivery and construction of UK residential schemes and be able to oversee more junior members of staff as they work with you on the production information.
