Job description
This globally renowned design practice of over 200 people urgently needs additional support from several contract/freelance Architects, experienced Part II Assistants and Architectural Designers to work on large scale complex stadium and sporting arena projects for 6 months with likely extensions.
Successful Architects, experienced Part II Assistants and Architectural Designers will be quickly integrated into these exciting fast paced project teams to get stuck in on large-scale sporting arena / stadium projects working in Revit on RIBA stages 3, 4 and 5 depending on which project you are assigned.
White Space Recruitment would like to hear from Architects with stage 4 construction documentation experience to work on a project that will progress into being stage 5 contractor facing. Also, numerous Architects, experienced Part II Assistants and Architectural Designers with stage 3 spatial coordination experience to work on one of several live projects where designs are being developed into becoming technically sound.
We are looking for people who can ‘hit the ground running’ with confidence, and therefore Architects, experienced Part II Assistants and Architectural Designers applying must have proven in-practice skills of previously using Revit on large-scale projects whilst working on RIBA stages 3, 4 or 5 to qualify for making an application.
The initial contracts will run for at least 6 months with possible extensions and this client is based in Southwest London offering a potential hybrid option of working 1 day from home after working 5 days per week for 1 month, and 35-40 hours per week depending on which project you would be assigned.
Please note that these positions are very urgent and therefore White Space Recruitment can only consider Architects, experienced Part II Assistants and Architectural Designers who are either immediately available or can start within 2 weeks.
These contracts are paid as PAYE on White Space Payroll.
