​White Space is excited to be working exclusively with this established South West London based architectural practice to find an Architectural Technologist to join their team. The practice work on a multitude of residential, commercial and masterplanning schemes providing an all encompassing mix of services including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and visualisation disciplines.

This practice has amassed numerous design awards, employer awards and further accolades across an array of categories.

The successful candidate shall be executing project work directed by an Associate Director alongside other assigned team members, preparing tenders, specifications and technical design packages. There shall be external project meetings to be attended as well as contributions to internal team meetings. There will also be a strong relationship with the Head of BIM to enhance BIM, detail libraries and further catalogues.

In order to be considered for this role, the following factors must be demonstrated:

• Up to 3 years post qualification experience

• Ideally CIAT registered (not essential)

• Proven experience on large residential schemes within the UK from RIBA stage 3 onwards

• Revit proficiency

• A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations

• The ability to work efficiently within a team or individually
