Job description
This globally renowned design practice of over 200 people urgently needs additional support from a contract/freelance BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager to work on large scale complex stadium and sporting arena projects for at least 6-12 months with likely extensions.
Successful BIM Coordinator and BIM Managers will be quickly integrated into the existing BIM Management team working closely with the project teams on some exciting fast paced schemes to help support, coordinate and deliver large complex projects with their associates BIM deliverables.
White Space Recruitment would like to hear from experienced BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers who can ‘hit the ground running’ with confidence, and therefore applicants applying must have previous in-practice experience of working as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager in the delivery of medium to large sized projects involving most RIBA stages, and must have strong Revit skills to qualify.
The initial contract will run for at least 6-12 months with possible extensions. This client is based in Southwest London offering a potential hybrid option of working 1 day from home after working 5 days per week for a 1month bedding in period, and 35-40 hours per week. £22.00 - £32.00 PAYE DoE & Level per hour or FTC Pro Rata salary equivalent.
Please note that these positions are urgent and therefore White Space Recruitment can only consider experienced BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers who are either immediately available or can start at short notice, although notice periods up to 4 weeks may be considered.
