​I'm working with an Employee Owned Practice based in London, who are actively on the look out for a BIM Architect / Technologist - My client is renowned for their design-centric, collaborative environment, and standout list of employee benefits!!

They are seeking a BIM Architect / technologist open to fulfilling a dual role of BIM manager alongside ongoing technical project work with a view to managing and growing their existing BIM capabilities. The successful candidate will prepare and develop BIM protocols and systems to support the work of the wider office as well as contributing to the technical design and delivery of individual projects.

Key requirements:

​

•a minimum of four years’ professional BIM and architectural or technologist experience

​

•excellent Revit skills

​

•good working knowledge of BIM protocols

​

•excellent detail design and construction knowledge

​

•excellent verbal and written communication skills

​

•confident, approachable and a strong team player

​

•this role combines an office wide BIM management / guardian role along with on going project work

​
