Job description

​We work with a well-established architecture firm with offices across the country. They are known for their thoughtful designs and strong focus on sustainability. They are now looking for a Business Development and Communications Coordinator to join their team, to support the brand’s growth and presence. The ideal candidate will be someone with energy, strong organisational skills and a good understanding of the built environment industry.

The Role

• Help create bids, proposals, and presentations that are clear, accurate, and on-brand.

• Update marketing materials like brochures and case studies.

• Research potential projects, partners, markets, and competitors.

• Keep the CRM system up to date to track new opportunities.

• Support marketing campaigns that promote the studio’s work.

• Work with PR consultants to help share news and updates with the media.

• Manage digital channels, including the website, newsletter, and social media.

• Organise and upload project images to the internal image library.

• Help plan events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

• Support award submissions by identifying opportunities and managing entries.

• Work with senior team members to align marketing and business development.

• Communicate with clients, collaborators, and press as needed

The Candidate

• Solid knowledge of the architecture/ built environment industry.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Good eye for design and graphics.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with bids and proposals.

• Background in digital marketing and campaigns.

• Confident using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign/Photoshop.

• Familiar with CRM systems like Rapport3.

• Understanding of architecture, design, or construction.

• Comfortable using digital marketing tools
