​Delivery focused Senior Architect for an AJ100 rising star practice in their London Office

White Space is elated to be working alongside this AJ100 practice based in central London to find a Senior Architect ready to lead the design and delivery stages. The practice is based in multiple locations within the UK, including this central London office. The practice works across an array of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and hospitality and ensures a sustainable principle is taken with every project’s approach.

The practice has amassed multiple design awards as well as an employer of the year award.

The successful candidate will be leading a team to deliver a wide array of projects through design and delivery processes. The practice will want design-led concepts to be continued through to functional construction across medium to large scale projects. Flexible working arrangements will be considered, and the company work a hybrid-working system after the probationary period.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience (ARB or relevant body registered)

• Experience working on medium to large scale residential and mixed use schemes

• A sound technical proficiency gained over a diverse portfolio of projects from £5m+

• A proven successful history overseeing and delivering projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards

• Strong Autodesk Revit skills

• A competent understanding of AutoCAD, NBS (Chorus) and Microsoft Office
