​White Space Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively for a niche client who specialise in the complete design and delivery of immersive and experiential permanent exhibition spaces, and who urgently require a Project Administrator to support several Middle Eastern projects on a freelance basis, working remotely from within the UK, 2-3 days per week.

These architectural and design projects often incorporate huge amounts of technology and augmented reality that is typically found within modern museums, giant shopping centres and many other public spaces. Think Harry Potter World, or the Imperial War Museum, The Science Museum etc. - Lots of technology driven immersive and interactive experiences involving structures, sets, props, and a whole lot more.

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator with several years proven experience of supporting project teams within any type of creative design or architectural environment.

The successful Project Administrator will be expected to work closely with the Document Controller supporting a wide range of design teams, M&E, MEP, Retail, Landscape, Interiors, Structures etc. to ensure that budgets, timescales and communication streams are all logged and up to date on various project tracking tools.

Project Administrators applying must have their own kit and be available immediately, or at very short notice, to be considered for this position.

The initial contract will be for 6 Months with potential extensions and will involve working fully remotely from within the UK, 2-3 days per week.

We can pay £180-£250 Per Day LTD, or towards the lower end of this range if a PAYE rate is required.
