White Space is recruiting for a great opportunity for a boutique practice in Gloucestershire who is looking for an Architect to join them on a full time permanent basis. 

This practice based in beautiful offices in Gloucestershire is very busy with 4 new large residential projects on the books and is looking to add a project architect to its team on a full time basis. There is a great team environment with a very good work life balance, the staff rarely have to work long hours and generally everyone leave the offices at 5:30. The practice likes to invest in their employees, they offer constant training and career progression. They also pay for professional fees and have an employee assistant programme in place to help more junior staff achieve their part II and part III qualifications. There is also a yearly bonus structure in place should the team achieve target. The studio has a small team of circa 7 and they are close family team who really work together well. 

This position is suited for a project architect with around 5 years post part III experience working on Residential projects in the UK ideally around the £2million mark. You must have experience working on projects from start to completion with strong knowledge and understanding of the UK building regulations. Ideally you will have experience managing your own projects and be able to deal with clients and take on briefs. Vectorworks proficiency is important as this is the studio's perferred software. As well as having the relevant experience it is important that this person has a positive and charismatic attitude and personality to fit in well with the team ethics.
