Job description
This specialist Architectural Studio, with sustainability and BIM Revit at its core, has a very healthy portfolio of Data Centre projects needing additional Revit Technicians, Part II Architectural Assistants and Project Architects who are looking for something very different, to work in the glorious countryside and in a very hybrid manner on a contract, fixed term, or permanent basis.
Fully embracing the hybrid working lifestyle of 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days in the office, this studio is working with multiple well-known brands and highly acclaimed Data Centre Contractors/Consultants on projects across the UK and Europe.
Successful Revit Technicians, Part II Architectural Assistants and Project Architects will be tasked with providing support on all RIBA stages from design through to delivery, and including client engagement for the more experienced.
Naturally, it is expected that Revit Technicians, Part II Architectural Assistants and Project Architects applying will already have proven in-practice ‘hands-on’ Revit proficiency along with proven experience of working on medium to large scale projects often requiring complex MEP services. Previous experience of working on Data Centre projects is always nice to have, but there are many other projects offering similar complexities, and therefore this Studio is open minded.
