Senior Architectural Technologist role available with a medium sized commercial practice in London. There is potential for progression to Associate level and, ultimately, a shareholding Director role!!

This architectural practice recently relocated its London Studio to larger premises in Islington, aiming to achieve a place in the acclaimed AJ100 list of practices! They are a super ambitious bunch, very friendly office environment, with flexibility to WFH.

Job Responsibilities:

 The Senior Architectural Technologist will take the lead on various recent
projects.
 The role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of practice experience.
 The Senior Technologist will work across all stages of RIBA, with a focus on
project delivery.
 Typical project values range from £2 million - £15 million.
 You will need to be a confident job runner and aim to develop client
relationships.

Requirements:

 Minimum of 5-10 years of post-qualification experience is preferred.
 Proficient job runner with experience delivering multiple projects from design
through to handover.
 Proficiency in REVIT systems is essential.
 Experience across all RIBA stages, with a focus on project delivery.
 Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly in
meetings.
