​We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our client’s sustainability focused practice. The practice is based in South East London and focuses on sustainable modular construction practices, ensuring the construction of zero carbon homes. They are currently in the process of expanding their workforce and offer a 4 days-a-week in office hybrid working scheme.

The role will suit a Senior Architect with several years of experience working on housing schemes across multiple RIBA stages. The successful candidate will need to communicate well with clients, consultants and contractors as well as be able to manage their teams projects whilst mitigating risks associated to each scheme. As well as taking on project management and the architectural design role there will also be a focus on planning and building control, ensuring a complete understanding of each project is always maintained.

To qualify for this role, the following must be proven:

·        Software experience with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite

·        A previous project delivered following full BIM 19650

·        Minimum 6 years of experience, with 6 projects through all RIBA stages

·        March/ MSc/ Master’s Degree or higher in relevant study

·        Track record working within the residential development sector

·        Chartered status with a relevant body (CIAT/ CIOB/ RTPI/ RIBA/ IET)
