Senior Architectural Technologist at Central London AJ100 Practice
White Space is proud to be working alongside this AJ100 London Based practice based in central London to find an experienced Architectural Technologist to aid and lead multiple projects through the delivery stages. The practice is based in several UK locations, including this central London office. The practice works across an array of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and hospitality and puts sustainable building practice at the forefront of a projects priorities.
The practice has amassed multiple design awards as well as an employer of the year award.
The successful candidate will be leading medium to large schemes, including residential and mixed use, from RIBA stage 4 onwards. The practice will trust that the successful candidate can carry a scheme from its final design specification to its functional construction. Flexible working arrangements will be considered, and the company work a hybrid-working system.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
A minimum of 4 years post qualification experience (ACIAT minimum)
Experience working on medium to large scale residential and mixed-use schemes
A comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance and housing design directives
A sound technical portfolio across a diverse range of schemes starting from £5m+
A proven successful history overseeing projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
Strong Autodesk Revit skills
A competent understanding of AutoCAD, NBS (Chorus) and Microsoft Office
