We are delighted to be searching for an experienced delivery-focused Architectural Technologist or Package Architect to join a West London based practice. They have a proven track record of delivering complex buildings across the UK and overseas.

They have an urgent need for an experienced and delivery-focused individual to use their industry knowledge to manage the construction stage of a specific high-profile project based in central London. The role will require the individual to conduct regular on-site inspections, as well as the production of working drawing packages. Although construction stage knowledge is paramount, design contribution and drawing ability is also important within the role and so input across all stages will allow the successful candidate to contribute heavily to each project. The role will be full-time in the office.

Depending on experience, this role will pay up to £50,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will need the following:

·        Minimum of 5 years industry experience

·        Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

·        Experience with on-site inspections, reporting, construction stages and residential layouts

·        Detailing and construction drawings through AutoCAD

·        Ability to manage workloads, especially under time pressure

·        Competency in Excel

·        Great teamworking skills as well as self-organisation and motivation
