Dubai based role - A renowned Architectural/Interior Design Company specializing in the super high-end residential market. With a global presence in the UAE, London, India & UK, this agency consistently delivers exceptional projects that epitomize luxury and sophistication.
As the Senior Designer, you will be at the forefront of their design vision, leading and inspiring a team of talented designers. Your primary responsibilities will include conceiving and implementing original creative concepts, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and clients, and managing projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of self-sufficiency, innovation, and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and translate design concepts into compelling 3D Sketch Up models, exceeding client expectations.
Lead and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their design objectives.
Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget constraints.
Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the design process
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the high-end residential design industry, demonstrating a portfolio of successful projects.
Proven ability to conceive and implement original design concepts, pushing boundaries and setting new trends.
Proficiency in 3D Sketch Up at an expert level, complemented by a strong understanding of CAD.
Solid experience in client management, with the ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts.
Proficiency in In-design and Photoshop for creating visually stunning design presentations.
