​This architectural practice specialising in the design and delivery of medium to large scale industrial and logistics schemes 40,000 – 200,000 Sq. Ft., is urgently seeking an additional freelance/contract Senior Technologist or Senior Technician with strong Revit skills to support either a logistics & warehousing project, or a high-rise student accommodation block on RIBA stage 4 & 5 for an initial 3-6 month contract with likely extensions, hybrid working, LTD or PAYE.

Employing around 50 people across several UK offices, this design practice offers a relaxed but busy Revit BIM environment where the successful Senior Technologist or Senior Technician will be given full autonomy to confidently work through RIBA stages 4 & 5 that will include reviewing and commenting on sub-contractor drawing packages, liaising with the contractor, and undertaking site visits.

White Space is urgently seeking experienced Senior Technologists or Senior Technicians with strong ‘hands-on’ Revit package drawing skills to produce stage 4-5 detail drawings; therefore applicants need good construction knowledge, and proven experience of working on RIBA stages 4 & 5 ideally on industrial buildings or high-rise student accommodation towers to qualify. Additionally, Senior Technologists and Senior Technicians applying should also have the confidence and experience of engaging with contractors and sub-contractors onsite for the construction and handover stages. Any experience of BIM/Revit family asset creation, parameters and viewing templates would be a great advantage, although this is not mandatory.

This client offers 37.5 hours per week, hybrid 3 days working from their London or Cambridgeshire offices and 2 days from home with occasional site visits.
