Job description

​This B Corp architecture practice who has previously been shortlisted for the Sterling prize, is urgently seeking an experienced Site Architect with Revit capability to work as a freelancer on a large workplace retrofit scheme currently in flight for the next 6 months.

With beautifully designed offices and employing around 50 people, this top UK design practice also offers a relaxed and caring management team who place employee welfare right at the top of their agenda. Not only this, being a B Corp practice, sustainability is also at the core of most of their projects where environmental and social impact takes a higher priority than just making profits.

The successful Site Architect will be working in a small site-based team in a hybrid capacity (site/studio/home) with responsibility for performing site inspections, coordinating with sub-contractors, reporting to the design studio, and amending drawings in Revit if required.

Site Architects applying must have proven site delivery experience, the ability to engage effectively with contractors and subconsultants, and have intermediate Revit skills.

Please note that this position is very urgent and therefore we can only consider Architects who are either immediately available or can ideally start within 2 weeks.

PAYE or LTD - 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid with a mix of Site/Office/Home
