Job description

​This innovative and funky architectural practice based in South West London has an urgent need for a Technical Architect, Package Architect or Senior Assistant with some site construction knowledge, to produce technical working drawing packages in Revit for a large commercial project, on a short term contract basis.

This practice offers a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative studio environment where the successful Technical Architect, Package Architect or Senior Assistant will be working in a small project team environment focused on the delivery of façade and roof construction drawings and details, RIBA stages 4-7.

Technical Architects, Package Architects or Senior Assistants applying must have some construction stage site experience and proven skills of producing technical drawing packages using Revit to qualify for this position.

This client will only be able to consider Technical Architects, Package Architects or Senior Assistant who are either immediately available or who can start on or close to Tuesday 28th May.

The environment is normally 5 days in the office SW1 (although they might allow 1 day from home), 9-6pm and 40 hours per week.
