Job description
This AJ100 architectural practice known for creating intelligent and purposeful mid-large scale residential and build-to-rent projects is now urgently seeking an experienced Technical Senior Architectural Assistant or Package Architect to work on a large residential tower project, RIBA stage 4 and 5, on a contract/freelance basis (PAYE or LTD).
Employing around 70 people, this UK design practice offers a hybrid collaborative working environment with a personable, friendly, diverse, and supportive management team.
The successful Technical Senior Architectural Assistant or Package Architect will be tasked with producing technical working drawings and details in Revit RIBA 4, coordinating with the main contractor and subcontractors in drawing reviews / changes, and supporting all other relevant tasks within these stages.
Experienced Technical Senior Architectural Assistants or Package Architects applying will be expected to have an excellent understanding of construction methods, proven experience of working on medium-large residential schemes RIBA stages 3-5 and have competent in-practice Revit skills to qualify.
Please note that this contract is urgent, and we can only consider experienced Technical Senior Architectural Assistants or Package Architects who are either immediately available or who can start beginning March at the latest.
Initially this contract would require 5 days per week in their SE1 office, but there may be the opportunity of working from home 1 day per week after an initial period.
The hours are 9:00 - 18:00, 40 hours per week PAYE or LTD models accepted
