​Our client a large international architecture and design practice in central London are looking for a Workplace Design Strategy and Change Manager. With the most wonderful new offices in London with excellent transportation links you’ll enjoy far reaching views of London whilst having your morning coffee or lunch on the roof terrace enjoying some sunshine. You’ll be working at one of the most successful design practices in the UK who have won a number of well known awards. They look after the environment and are also one of the leaders in UK sustainability.

Having worked in a similar role within a workplace environment you’ll be looking to further your career. Having come to a natural stop in progression or you maybe looking to take things to the next level this role has the opportunity to grow your career and the company further making a difference. Working within the Planning and Strategies team you’ll have experience as a team player. Someone who enjoys working with others but this role offers hybrid working two days a week so ideal for those looking for a commuting balance.

·         The role entails having a thorough understanding of Workplace Organisation and Change Management.

·         You will act as the lead consultant on this matter and work with all team understanding and developing projects goals.

·         You will have a talent for workshops and interviews within business and creating insightful changes to and catching engagement.

·         You will be an excellent communicator working with clients developing new strategies and understand the future of the workplace.

·         You will have excellent knowledge of the market and open opportunities to secure new work including presentations and pitches with the team. Leading the team to develop project scopes, fees and budgets during contract stages.

It is essential you will have :

·         Experience at Senior level with at least 6 years experience in a similar role.

·         Excellent communication within the team and working alongside more junior members enabling them to grow and develop.

·         Writing and story telling skills to get across new ideas and strategies.

·         Problem solving and finding solutions in a way that works within deadlines.

·         Graphic Design Skills and knowledge.

·         Adobe skills.

·         Basic Cad knowledge.

·         Microsoft office.
