ArchiCad Experienced Project Architect required for urban focused architectural studio

This people focused architectural studio is seeking a Project Architect to join their team in order to support the continuous growth of the company. Focused mainly on the residential sector, the studio seeks to create sustainable, spacious, and social housing projects that enrich the local area and nurture the occupants and communities within. Their emphasis on social impact and commitment to climate action puts them steps ahead in the residential sector working from small to large scale across the UK.

This role would involve you to lead and work on projects providing support and a keen design eye to create high quality residential projects that give back to their community. You would also represent the studio, working with sub-contractors and producing construction documents and specifications and liaising with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position would have strong residential experience, preferably in the social housing sector but this is not a requirement, and particular experience in RIBA stage 4. Due to the nature of the role, you would also provide a good design eye to help create inspiring projects that support the brand of the studio.

In order to be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:

  • Experience of ArchiCAD
  • 4-7 years professional experience post Part III
  • Sufficient experience across RIBA stages 1-6

This is a great opportunity to work with a truly conscientious practice and ideally the studio is looking for someone to start ASAP. The salary for this position is £40 – 50,000 pa (DOE) for the right candidate and it is a full time permanent position.
