A rapidly expanding residential specialist based is looking to strengthen its talented team with an experienced Planner. Based in south London, with over 100 brilliant and dedicated individuals – this maverick practice is tearing up the rulebook for residential architecture and providing a revolutionary new approach to architectural services. This innovative practice boasts a comprehensive team of professionals including architects, planning specialists and surveyors and use inventive technical solutions to allow anyone to be able to transform their home.

This position is a 3 month contract role and is open to experienced Planners searching for part or full time positions. You will be leading a small team of assistants on the planning stages of bespoke residential schemes.

The ideal candidate will be able to display the following:

• Extensive small scale residential experience
• The ability to lead and supervise a project team
