White Space are working in close partnership with an expanding international design studio based in London to help them recruit a Project Architect. With an impressive project portfolio behind them, they have worked on several award-winning schemes across serviced offices and large multi-unit residential. They have offices globally across the EU, Asia and soon north America and have a reach unlike many other design studios of similar size. Due to an increase in workload they have a need for an experienced Project Architect to join their creative and fun team.
The design studio is part of an overall larger Developer, and as such a large proportion of the projects you will see through to completion. Additionally, due to the nature and structure of the studio, they make a great move for any Architect looking to move Client side for the first time. Their workload is evenly split between client side (in house) design and external design, very much the way of normal Architecture practices. If you are a Project Architect looking to transition client side, this good a great step in that direction.
As a Project Architect within this studio you will be working across a variety of project, mainly within large scale multi-unit residential schemes. As a practice they predominately use AutoCAD alongside a variety of visualisation software’s, however are in the process of moving to Revit and thus experience using this would be beneficial. Due to the nature of their work they are ideally looking for a Project Architect with experience working predominately across the design and feasibility stages, and although not essential, any experience working on housing schemes in south east London would be beneficial.
