Job description

Established commercial firm seeks an Architect to work on a variety of mixed-use, leisure and retail schemes in Revit, on a long-term, ongoing contract.

50-strong and growing, these Architects are award-winning and long established, working on medium and large mixed-use, leisure and retail projects in the UK and internationally, covering the full spectrum of RIBA stages, from early design right through to construction, working predominantly in Revit. This practice offers a good work / life balance and a sociable and friendly environment with supportive management, genuinely a fantastic place to develop your skills.

Having a strong pipeline of work, the firm urgently need an Architect to work on various projects - mixed-used, retail and leisure - at differing RIBA stages, from early design stages through to technical and delivery package work in Revit - there is a variety of work for a talented Architect to get their teeth into. The projects are UK based and you will get to see them built. The contract will be ongoing and long-term, this is not a temporary position. If all goes well for the first year, then this could lead to a permanent job, so there is flexibility there.

To be considered for this Architect role you must be a qualified Architect (or international equivalent), have experience working on medium - large UK projects of good quality and be fluent in Revit. This is an urgent position, so you do need to be able to start on short notice - preferably no longer than 1 week after any offer.
