Job description

White Space is delighted to be partnering with a famous multi-disciplinary consultancy which seeks an Architect (Revit) to work on various flagship projects in the UK.

The consultancy is made up of Architects, BIM professionals, project managers and more, with a global presence and a long history of working on some of the UK’s (and beyond) most prominent schemes. They boast an in-house design team of over 50 people and work fully in Revit – having one of the most advanced set-ups in the world, if not the most advanced. They work form early design stage right through to construction on all manner of project typologies. An increase in workload has led to the need to add an Architect (Revit) to the team, either on a long-term contract or permanent basis.

The successful Architect will be working on several public schemes in different sectors, involved both at early design stage and technical / delivery focused phases. It will be a varied and hands on role, acting as a ‘number 2’ to the project leader on various flagship projects being undertaken in Revit. The contract would initially be for between 3 and 6 months, but would lead to a longer-term role (contract or permanent) provided all went well.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified Architect (or equivalent), have at least 2 years’ UK experience, possess both design and technical skills and have a comprehensive knowledge of Revit and BIM. You must also be able to start at relatively short notice, as this is an urgent position.
