Job description
White Space is urgently seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician to join a medium sized practice based in a cool converted industrial building near London Bridge on a long term contract.
The company
- 50-strong design studio
- Specialise in top quality hospitality projects, in the UK and internationally, which they design, take through planning and construct
- AutoCAD and Revit practice
The role
- Architect or Architectural Technician
- Working on stage 4 technical design of a central London hospitality project - medium sized and of top quality
- Initially a 6-month contract, this will be extended if all goes well (we have had multiple contractors there for in excess of 1 year)
The person
- Architect or Architectural Technician
- Hospitality experience would be ideal (not essential)
- Very strong detailing ability and technical / delivery knowledge
- AutoCAD fluent (Revit a bonus)
- Available to start at short notice and hit the ground running as this is an urgent position
