White Space is working with a London based company who is looking for a qualified Architect with 5 years PE experience to join its delivery team.

Established in the early 1990's and is based in the City of London this company have had a great 2020 so far as they have won planning of a few projects and is looking for an Architect to join its delivery team. The company is 30 strong and consists of Architects and Interior designers, working across the retail and public sector, their largest project currently is a £nonillion centre. There is a few projects at early feasibility stages which this person can get stuck into also. 

The role is suited for an Architect ideally with a broad range of experience working across different sectors not necessarily Public or Retail (although it would be an advantage). Ideally you will be an all rounder but if you are a technical architect this would suit them well as a lot of the projects they are working on currently is at the later stages. It is important that this person has good knowledge of the UK building regulations and full proficiency on Vectorworks is required. This is a permanent position and a strong portfolio is required to portray your skills.
