Job description

White Space are delighted to be partnering with a top UK practice in their search for Architects and Technicians (Revit). These roles are to start on a rolling contract, with the likelihood of leading to a longer-term role.

This commercial studio is highly ranked in the AJ100 and a household name. They are over 200-strong and work from inception to completion in Revit on projects in multiple sectors, ranging from £5m - £200m+. They are a sociable practice and have a good work / life balance - we have recruited for them for a long time and we know their staff are a happy bunch. Sustained success has led for the need to add Architects and Technicians to the team as soon as possible.

The role that any successful Architects or Technicians would fill is working on a prestigious UK transportation project in Revit. It is package work, very technical and mainly involving stage 4 production information and detailing. However, after this project is finished, there are numerous other jobs that will need working on out of the studio. The roles are initially on a contract basis, for c.3 months, but are open ended and have a very strong chance to lead to a longer-term role (that is their preference).

To be considered for this role you must have very strong knowledge of technical design, delivery and construction, and demonstrate this through previous professional work. You must be fluent in Revit to hit the ground running and be available to start at short notice - ideally less than 2 weeks from interview.

If you would like to find out more about these roles, or to apply, then please get in touch with White Space today.
