Job description

Medium-sized design studio urgently require Architects (Revit) to work on a large new-build scheme from developed design onward.

This studio is c.50 strong and growing, with a stream of UK based work - specialising in UK city centre mixed-use projects, working from inception to construction in Revit. They are market leading in their sector, possess both considered design and practicality of use in their work and are a friendly and sociable office who look after their staff. They have recently landed a large and exciting project, so need to add several Architects to their team.

The project is a large mixed-use scheme, comprising of residential, retail and commercial space - predominantly new build, though the project will also entail refurbishment and re-modelling of existing buildings and spaces. The scheme is running in Revit, just about to enter developed design stage and the successful Architect will likely stay on the project through to construction. The role will be a long term rolling contract (1 year+) with great potential to lead to a longer term or a permanent job if all goes well - they are quite flexible on this.

The ideal Architect will have working knowledge of Revit, be experienced working on good quality medium - large projects (sector is not too important as this is mixed-use) and be available to start on short notice as these roles are urgent.
