White Space is thrilled to be partnering an established studio in their search for 2x Architects, experienced Assistants or Technicians. This is a rare opportunity to work on a hospitality scheme designed one of the most celebrated Architects of our time, initially a 7-month contract, there is excellent scope for this to lead to a longer term role in a busy practice.

The Firm

• 40 strong with an established pedigree, they have been going for over 30 years
• Based in a trendy warehouse / industrial converted office in Central London
• Hospitality specialists
• Fully Revit firm

The Role

• Working on a project designed by one of the greatest living Architects of our time, an ultra high-profile hospitality scheme in the centre of London
• Planning has been granted and is currently at RIBA stage 4, the role will be working on the interior architecture of the scheme - producing tender package, construction detailing and production information using Revit
• Initial contract for 7-months, until the end of August, with excellent scope to lead to a longer term role - this could go on well into 2020

The Person

• Architect, experienced Assistant or Technician / Technologist
• Demonstrable experience working post-planning on good quality projects.. you must be technically sound for this role
• Interior Architecture experience would be a bonus, but not mandatory
• Practical experience of Revit, being able to hit the ground running on the software is key for this project
• Available to start on short notice, as this is an urgent role
