Medium sized commercial practice with a track record of high quality design, and built projects, are looking to add an Assistant or Technician to their 50-strong office. Initially on a 1-month contract, there is good scope for extension, dependant on workload.

This firm are 80-strong UK wide and specialise in medium-large UK residential schemes, working from concept design right through to construction in AutoCAD and Revit. They are multi award-winning in their field and this sustained success has led to the increase in workload and the need to add another Assistant or Technician to their team.

The role will entail working on a multi-unit UK residential scheme post planning. Using AutoCAD to produce drawing packages and highlighting changes from previous planning applications, you must have a sound understanding of building regulations and experience working post planning on UK projects. The role is a contract position, initially for 1-month, but with good potential to roll on longer if all goes well and their work load is there.
