White Space is looking for an Architectural Technician (AutoCAD) to join a small firm in Essex.

This company is newly founded and are less than 5 people, with plans to grow. They work on mixed-use projects (commercial + residential) and private residential schemes.  They are based in Essex and use AutoCAD.

The role will be getting stuck into the production information and construction detailing for a few different projects, including an 8-storey commercial + residential mixed-use scheme.  This is likely to be a 6-month contract to start, with good scope to lead to a long-term role.

You must have excellent AutoCAD and detailing experience – having worked on decent sized mixed-use schemes will also be a bonus - and be available to start on short notice (less than 1 month).
