White space is working with a long standing client to recruit for an Architectural Technician to join its team due to winning some exciting residential projects. 

Based in beautiful offices in Gloucester, this studio has been around for over 5 years and is a small team of around 7 they have a solid portfolio of completed and new projects. The practice mainly focus on the Residential and Commercial sector and have currently secure 4 large residential projects and is looking for an Architectural Technician on a full time permanent basis. The studio offer a good work life balance with the studio rarely staying late, they also have a yearly bonus structure in place if achieved. 

The role is for an Architectural Technician with ideally 5 years UK experience working on UK based Residential projects. This will be working closely with a project Architect and Architectural assistant. You must have strong knowledge of the UK building regulations as well as strong technical detailing and construction drawing. Full proficiency on Vectorworks is a must.
