White Space is pleased to be working with a small, newly established multi-disciplinary firm in Essex who are looking to add an Architectural Technician, Part II Assistant or recently Qualified Architect to their growing team.

The Company

• Small multi-disciplinary firm Essex
• Newly established and growing firm
• Working predominantly on residential mixed-use and housing projects

The Project / Role

• UK based mixed-use scheme comprising of commercial and residential units
• Currently at stage 4 – this firm have inherited the design and planning and are delivering the project
• Architectural Technician, Part II or recently qualified Architect
• 6-month fixed term contract with strong potential to go longer

The Person

• Architectural Technician, Part II Assistant or recently qualified Architect
• Must have experience on the technical end of medium sized residential or mixed-use projects
• AutoCAD proficient
• Available to start on short notice
