White Space is urgently seeking an Architectural Technician or Architect (Revit) for an up and coming AJ100 practice who were established less than 10 years ago - initially on a rolling contract.

70-strong and thriving, this studio works predominantly on medium - large residential schemes from concept through to completion. They have grown rapidly since their inception and continue to go from strength to strength as they rise through the AJ100, based in a fantastic office in central London, just a stone's throw from the River. Sustained success has led to an increased work load and a technical role to fill with either an Architectural Technician, Architect or experienced Assistant.

The role will entail working from stage 4 onwards on several good quality residential schemes - pre-construction information, technical detailing and production information in Revit. This is a contract position on a rolling, on-going basis with scope to lead to a long-term position as an Architect or Architectural Technician as they are very busy.

To be considered for this package Architect or Architectural Technologist position you must be fluent in Revit, experienced working on the technical design of multi-unit residential schemes and available to start on short notice as this is an urgent role.
