Job description
White Space is urgently seeking an Architectural Technician or Technologist (AutoCAD) to join a growing practice in Maidstone, Kent. Initially on a contract basis for a few months, there is good potential for longevity in the role.
The Company
- Small, growing architecture studio based near Maidstone
- Work predominantly on developer-led residential schemes across all stages of work
- AutoCAD practice
The Role
- Architectural Technician or Technologist
- Working on a UK residential scheme post-planning
- Using AutoCAD
- Contract role, initially for a few months but with good scope to lead to a longer-term role (we placed a Technician there nearly 3 years ago on contract, they are still working there now permanently)
The Person
- Architectural Technician or Chartered Technologist
- Level is negotiable, but you must have demonstrable experience within UK residential projects
- Fluent in AutoCAD
- Available to start at short notice
