White Space is working with a client in Essex Chelmsford area who is seeking a mid level Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join its team on a permanent basis due to new housing projects.

This is a great opportunity for a a local Essex based Architectural Technician/ Technologist who is looking to secure a role closer to home. The practice focus on Housing projects in the UK ranging from High end to large developer style properties. The practice has started to use Revit but mainly use AutoCAD. 

This role is perfect for a Technician/ Technologist who is either working in London and wants to work closer to home or who is looking for a new position that gives fulfillment and career progression. This role requires someone with UK Housing experience at technical stages, it is important that you have knowledge of the UK building standards and regulations. Experience on Large housing is a must as well as proficient in AutoCAD. 

This is a permanent position and is offering a salary of up to £40,000 depending on level of ability and experience.
