White Space is happy to be instructed on these brand new roles with one of the UK's largest practices. Our client is an award winning firm who design buildings across a host of sectors including education, housing, healthcare, transport, leisure, industrial and commercial. We are urgently seeking an Architectural technologist and a qualified architect for this signature practice.

The Role
- Architectural Technologist/Technician
- Will take a lead role on multiple projects
- Working on projects across a variety of sectors
- Undertaking and being responsible for a high level of work on the latter stages of projects.
The Person
- Architectural Technologist/Technician
- Experience of leading projects with a value of between £1m and £10m
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience of co-ordinating a design team.
The Role
- Qualified architect
- Will take a lead role on multiple projects
- Working on projects across a variety of sectors
- Will lead and work closely with design teams
The Person
- Qualified architect
- Educated to at least RIBA Part 3 level with 3 years post qualification experience
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Ability to manage the design process and development of a construction project
