White Space is looking for an Architectural Technician or technical Architect (ArchiCAD) to start on a contract basis at a well-regarded London design studio.

This firm of Architects and Designers are c.60 strong and based in a lovely contemporary studio, working from concept to construction over various sectors - boutique residential, interiors and hospitality, among others. They work in ArchiCAD and Revit and, having worked with them for many years, we know they have a sociable and friendly team who cultivate a great working environment. They are very busy now so, as a result, need to add x2 Architectural Technicians, or technical Architects, to their team.

The role will entail working on RIBA stages 4 & 5 on various projects - residential and hospitality - in ArchiCAD. You will be responsible for pre-construction documentation, producing working drawings and developing construction details. There will also be scope to get out on site and oversee the construction of these schemes. Initially, this will be a rolling contract, likely for 3 months, but there is fantastic scope for this to lead to a longer-term role if it goes well.

To be considered for this Architectural Technician (or technical Architect) role you must be fluent in ArchiCAD, have an in-depth knowledge of technical design, delivery and construction package work and be available to start on short notice, as this is an urgent role.
