Job description

White Space is working with a major international architecture and design firm who are urgently seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their in-house Business Development team. Supporting and working closely alongside the various studios you will become a key member of this extremely important team going forward.

Responsibilities include:-

  • Production of bid documents, proposals and presentation materials to assist in winning new work across all their core markets
  • Play a key role in the preparation and production of all bid documents, PQQ’s, RFP’s and EOI’s
  • Manage the flow of information and inputs from the various teams - both internal and external
  • Production of high quality bids using Adobe InDesign
  • Assist in maintaining the database of opportunities and all associated content
  • Play a key support role to the Senior Bid Coordinator ensuring all collateral and memberships are up to date at all times
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure a smooth collaborative approach is maintained across the business

Skills and experience required for this role include:-

  • You must possess a minimum of 1 years' professional experience within either an architecture or design based company
  • Demonstrate experience of undertaking brief analysis
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to show strong attention to detail, with an eye for accuracy
  • Be self-motivated, able to work effectively and have a structured approach to your work to enable you to hit strict deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confident in the use of InDesign and Photoshop
  • A keen interest in the design and architecture market would be preferred
