Job description

We’re working with an award-winning architectural practice and looking for a BIM Coordinator proficient in Revit to work at its London office. With offices located in both London and Rotterdam, they have been in a unique position to build up a portfolio of buildings and large-scale urban design projects both nationally and internationally. Their work has been recognised by numerous prestigious awards and has been cited as a case study in various publications on housing, schools and urban design.

As a BIM Coordinator with this studio, you will be responsible for maintaining the practice’s Revit content and material libraries. This will require the creation of new and audit of existing Revit families in line with British and Office standards. A main proportion of your role as BIM Coordinator will be assisting the architectural project teams in content creation and information extraction in Revit. Another key aspect of your role will be the integration and adoption of Dynamo within the practice to improve automation within Revit. Additionally, you will be required to QA Revit projects (including library objects, views, sheets and templates etc.) in line with practice protocols and standards. They are looking for someone with experience using Dynamo, Navisworks and COBie.

In addition to a generous salary, they offer great benefits, both financial and non-financial. They are a studio that not only encourage a healthy work/life balance but also a variety of options to facilitate this, including flexible and part-time working. They have a generous holiday allowance, including Christmas shutdown, as well as site visits and annual trips to Rotterdam - and who wouldn't like a trip to the Netherlands!

If this sounds like a role that you are interested in, and you fancy exploring Rotterdam, then apply now!
