Job Description

This well-established international architectural studio is seeking an enthusiastic Communications Executive to join their London based studio. This ambitious practice provides exceptional architectural services and is ranked as one of the top practices both in the UK and worldwide.

As a Communications Executive within the practice, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to provide assistance to the team in order to help deliver the global marketing strategy and raise the profile of this prestigious practice.

This position will see you join a small but close-knit team and will provide exposure to all areas of the business. The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent Communications graduate with a couple of years’ experience under their belt, looking to make a step up to take on more responsibility. You will be proactive, enthusiastic and be confident in presenting new ideas in a collaborative way.

As a key figure within the team, you will have a range of responsibility including:

  • Assisting in sourcing, developing, writing and editing clear and compelling content for press releases and internal, online and digital channels
  • Uploading content and imagery across multiple websites
  • Enhancing website optimisation and SEO rankings
  • Obtaining industry press future features lists and managing press coverage archives
  • Working in liaison with graphic designers to keep portfolios and presentations up to date
  • Assisting with creating award submissions and organising client events
  • Feeding into regular operational strategy reports

To be considered for this role, you must display the following:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • An enthusiastic and driven approach
  • Ability to write engaging content and passion for creativity
  • High attention to detail and a level of perfectionism in all work you produce
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative team and confidence in voicing your ideas
  • Experience with a range of software applications including InDesign, Photoshop or Affinity Publisher
  • Have experience with website CMS and social media management dashboards
