White Space are delighted to partner with this leading practice in the search for a talented Director or Associate Director with a specialism in Urban Design and Masterplanning. This role is based in their Manchester office.
The Company:
- 300+ strong global architecture, urbanism and design practice
- Specialising mostly in the UK residential sector; typically working on large scale projects
- The Manchester office is well established
- An exciting portfolio of world class design projects
The Role:
- Director or Associate Director level / paying circa £65 - £80k + add ons
- Reporting to a Regional Director; you will be responsible for leading the Urban Design and Masterplanning in the North West
- Responsible for maintaining existing work levels but also to help grow their reach in this sector and also to grow the team
- They are already well established within Urban Design and Masterplanning and now looking to take things to the next level
- This represents an opportunity to really make your mark at a great practice
The Person:
- Director or Associate Director level candidate required
- Must have a very strong track record in Urban Design and Masterplanning
- Must be capable of business development; specifically in the North West
- Able to lead a division and grow teams
