London- based architectural practice is seeking an experienced office manager to join their diverse team. This blossoming studio practice works across various fields of architecture, aiming to deliver innovative designs. This the perfect opportunity for a skilled office manager to join a team of young, dynamic and talented practitioners.
The ideal candidate with be trustworthy, reliable, professional and will have an interest in the creative industry.
Responsibilities will include:
- Office Management and organisation – including keeping the studio tidy, ordering stationary and other supplies, monitoring health and safety
- General administration will be required, preparing meetings, greeting clients
- General IT support; printers, marketing requests, licences
- PA support as needed; Diary management, travel arrangements
- HR Admin duties
Previous office management experience is required, preferably within the creative industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literacy is essential in MS Office, Adobe InDesign preferably on Mac.
