White Space are working in partnership with a well-known medium sized practice in Spitalfields, to help them add a Project Architect to their growing retail arm. This practice work across a variety of sectors such as Retail, Residential, Education and more, offering their team the ability to grow and experience the full range of schemes they work on. This studio has a reputation for completing designs with a strong modern design aesthetic, which are uniquely theirs, enabling the team to really explore creative designs. Located in the heart of Spitalfields, they are close to a range of great coffee houses, bars and restaurants, easily commutable via any means of transport.
As a Project Architect within this team you will be working alongside large, well known retail clients working across all stages including design and fit out. This is an extremely fast pace role with projects coming in and being seen through to completion on a regular basis. They are looking for a Project Architect who is confident and competent using Revit on a daily basis with previous experience using it on live projects, and although not essential, any previous experience within the retail sector would be beneficial. Ideally, this person will be able to start running projects straight away and will have the experience needed to jump on board without too much support. Additionally long term, they are looking to develop this Project Architect toward associate and look after the whole retail division, so if you are looking for a long term career move this could be for you!
